We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when items can be returned, how refunds are issued, and how to resolve a problem with your order.
Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or used fragrance products, and intimate or sanitary goods (for health and hygiene reasons)
Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items — only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the price of the returned products applies. All freight, handling, and other charges related to returning goods (other than goods that are defective, damaged, or sent in error) are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and to notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Partial refunds may apply to items with obvious signs of use, or items returned damaged or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. If you're shipping an item over $75, please consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@aromashore.com and send your item to the address above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aromashore.com.
