Thank you for shopping with Aroma Shore. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing & Handling

Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items and your delivery destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. We ship via USPS and UPS; the available services and prices shown at checkout depend on your address and order contents.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and depend on the service selected at checkout and your location. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include our order-processing time. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can affect delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the label is created. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Domestic (United States) Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. All available USPS and UPS service options for your address are presented at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. For international orders, please note:

Customs, duties & taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your local customs authority.

Transit times: International delivery times are longer than domestic and vary by country and customs processing. Estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

Carrier handoff: Packages are typically handed off to your country's local postal service for final delivery.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items

Some products may be available for purchase while temporarily out of stock. If an item on your order is backordered, it may ship separately or with a slight delay. We'll notify you if we expect any significant delay with your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Where shipments are insured, we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we aim to ship orders the same or next business day, the window to modify or cancel an order is short. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
